No Need To Wait For Summer – Spring Break To The Rescue!

Summer may be the last thing on your mind while you’re cramming for exams, but Spring Break is looming just around the corner to save the day. It’s sitting there quietly as you study your chem, history and math textbooks reminding you that freedom is coming soon. We’ve designed an extraordinary trip combining all the things you want to cram into that one week in Costa Rica including community service, adventure and a great group of new friends.

Step off the plane in the Central Valley and spot exotic animals and waterfalls as you whitewater raft down the Pacuare River.

Experience firsthand the culture and community of the country as you work alongside the Costa Rican Humanitarian Foundation. Our enthusiasm and contribution working with children and building projects offers students a lifetime experience and an opportunity for individual growth.

Looking to have fun at night? Grab your dancing shoes and take part in an authentic Latin dance class or get goofy singing Karaoke with friends (don’t worry they have all the popular English songs too).

On day 5, dig your feet into the soft sands of Tamarindo beach in Playa Flamingo and hang ten with Costa Rica’s finest surf instructors. The water is a perfect temperature (seriously you won’t want to get out), and the picturesque view of the coast is breathtaking.

Continue this experience of a lifetime at a local school and community center where as a team we can help refurbish a building and reinvigorate a day camp program. From painting to classroom activities, you will be inspired knowing that your work provides improvements that will last years for the children!

Save the best for last! Our 8-day action packed journey in Costa Rica comes to an end as we zipline over the rainforest canopy and then relax in the mud baths of Rincon de la Vieja. The end of this trip is a great opportunity to reflect and relax as a group over a delicious banquet dinner!
