Greece:
Vivid and Dramatic

Stretches of incredible coastline. Outstanding beaches. A land touched by many empires, with links to past civilizations. Ancient ruins, classical sculptures, and archaeological treasures at every turn. A balmy swim in the deepest of blue waters. Fresh Greek cuisine, full of olives and feta, tzatziki and souvlaki. But beyond the picturesque and breathtaking, Greece is endlessly fascinating. Its capital city, Athens is one of the oldest cities in the world. It is considered the Cradle of Civilization and credited with being the birthplace of democracy, western philosophy, political science, Western literature, major mathematical principles and theater. Find relics of ancient times, museums housing precious artifacts, mazes of narrow, cobble-stoned, medieval streets leading to Byzantine courtyards. The birthplace of theatre and ancient Greek dramas, there is a lot that is dramatic about Greece. And it’s the kind of drama you can’t help but love.
