Payment Details for Summer Programs
(Not applicable to Gap programs.)
All payments on 2021 summer programs are fully refundable until March 1st and there is no fee to transfer to another program prior to May 1st.
A $750 deposit is required with your application form by credit card, check or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
On February 1st $2,000 is due by credit card, check or EFT.
On April 1st the remaining balance is due by check or EFT.
For enrollment after April 1st, a deposit of $2750 is required and the remaining balance is due by EFT or check within 1 week of program acceptance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Summer Programs
Trip cancellation & interruption insurance is strongly recommended & information will be provided.
|Prior to March 1
||All tuition payments will be refunded. There is no cancellation or administrative fee.
|March 1 – 31
||10% of the program tuition is non-refundable or you may choose to keep it as a future credit.
|April 1 – 30
||20% of the program tuition is non-refundable or you may choose to keep it as a future credit.
|May 1 – 31
||25% of the program tuition is non-refundable.
|June 1 to three days prior to the departure date
||50% of the program tuition is non-refundable.
|From two days prior to the departure date and after
||The program tuition is non-refundable.
Future credits are good for any family member or transferable to a friend for 3 years.
Any refund of airfare payments is subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions.
Course fees on Pre-College Enrichment Programs are non-refundable 24 hours after making course selections.
There is no fee to transfer to another program prior to May 1st. After May 1st, changing from one program to another will result in fees based upon the date of change.
