Outstanding summer programs for teens since 1982

Campsite Manager (CSM)

Our Campsite Managers (CSMs) oversee the logistics at campgrounds on North American Active Teen Tour programs that include camping. Our CSMs travel cross-country to stay at incredible destinations like Lake Tahoe and Pacific Beach, California or Banff, Alberta. In tandem with the Program Director, CSMs work with staff and participants to facilitate the campsite set up and take-down. They are responsible for all camping equipment including tents, barbeques, stoves, and lanterns, etc. CSMs are also responsible to purchase all food items prior to the group’s arrival, keeping in mind dietary and special requests. Alongside the staff, CSMs oversee the preparation, presentation and cleanup of all meals.
