Who We’re Looking For

We hire educators, college and university students, former camp counselors, residence life coordinators, community volunteers, world travelers, and leaders with diverse backgrounds.

Our staff are individuals who:

  • Have a demonstrated passion and history of working with teens
  • Serve as positive role models in their community
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills
  • Love to have fun and know how to get everyone involved
  • Are social, empathetic, and caring

Our Priorities

1. Safety

This is the number one priority. In addition to the physical safety of each and every participant, the emotional and social well-being of participants is equally important.

2. Delivering an Unforgettable Experience

We expect our staff to operate as team players, approach every day with enthusiasm, be respectful, and strive to create a memorable travel experience for each and every participant.

Why work with us?

We’ll be the first to admit this is not an easy job and it comes with a lot of responsibility. But the job also comes with big rewards like being a role model for teens, collaborating with amazing colleagues, and exploring the world. If you’re prepared to put in the effort, you’ll have the time of your life!
