Program Operations

Staffing, Hiring & Training
- Nationwide and international recruitment of qualified staff
- Selective hiring process focused on maturity, leadership & student engagement
- 60+ hour pre-summer mandatory training program covering safety, supervision, and program delivery
- Ongoing coaching and performance management throughout the summer
On-Site Leadership Structure
Every program is supported by a clearly defined leadership hierarchy:
- Campus (Program) Director: Oversees the entire program, manages staff, serves as the primary point of accountability
- Resident Directors & Resident Advisors: Directly supervise students, facilitate activities, manage day-to-day group dynamics
- Support Staff: Provide additional supervision, logistics coordination, and participant support
Student Supervision & Engagement
- Structured supervision model with defined staff-to-student ratios
- Active monitoring of group social dynamics and individual well-being
- Built-in systems to ensure students are engaged, included and supported
Logistics
We manage every logistical detail required to operate a seamless, multi-week program.
Housing & Meeting Space Coordination
- Managing and/or sourcing accommodations including university dorms and hotels
- Rooming assignments and accommodations for special needs
- Coordination with university partners, hotel partners and on-site staff for proper meeting spaces and equipment
Transportation Management
- Airport transfers for arrivals and departures
- Daily transportation planning and execution
- Coordination of group flights & travel logistics
Vendor & Activity Management
- Pre-vetted network of activity providers and vendors
- Booking and scheduling of all program activities
- On-site coordination and quality control
- Long-term vendor relationships built through a 10-18 month planning cycle
Administrative Infrastructure
- Collection and management of forms, waivers and participant documentation
- Centralized tracking of student information
- Coordination of program materials and logistics documentation
