All programs are open to enrollment until the program is full or right up to departure if space can still be arranged. Enroll early to save your spot.

Prior to February 1 | All tuition payments, including the application fee, are fully refundable or transferable to another WCC program. |
February 1 – February 28 | $1000 is non-refundable. |
March 1- March 31 | $1500 is non-refundable. |
April 1- April 30 | $2000 is non-refundable, plus any non-refundable airfare. |
May 1 – May 31 | $3000 is non-refundable, plus any non-refundable airfare. |
June 1 to three days prior to the departure date | The greater amount of 50% of the program tuition or $3500 is non-refundable, plus any non-refundable airfare. |
From two days prior to the departure date and after | The program tuition and application fee are non-refundable, plus any non-refundable airfare. |
Any refund of airfare payments is subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions.
After February 1st, changing from one program to another will result in cancellation fees from the initial program selected.
