We’ve learned a lot over three decades of providing teens with unforgettable travel experiences. We know it takes incredibly passionate and knowledgeable individuals working as a team to weave together all of the moving parts that make for a successful journey. For you, it all appears as a finished masterpiece, but behind the scenes there are many actors and a full supporting cast working to deliver this performance. Our team and their work are unrivaled in our industry and benefit you every step of the way.
We’ve traveled more than 105 countries, from Anguilla to Zimbabwe, with countless hours spent exploring amazing places. Our love for exploring is surpassed only by our passion for inspiring teens to experience and participate in the world around them. Our team has spent over 420 total summers working in teen travel and another 115 in the summer camp setting. This wealth of experience combined with our incredible reserve of resources enables us to maintain the highest quality of student travel.
And from our extensive travels, one thing that is clear is that there is more to any trip than seeing new places, sampling different foods and trying world-class activities. It’s all about who you share the laughs with along the way forging lifelong friendships. It’s with this in mind and our years rooted in summer camp that we strive to build closely knit communities where travelers appreciate one another as much as their new surroundings.
As a group, we are the parents ourselves of more than 30 children ranging from toddler to grad-student. We understand that enrolling on our program is honoring us with the greatest trust of all. We take that trust incredibly seriously and invest in our many systems and safety protocols,

Whoever said “Don’t sweat the small stuff” never worked in the backbone of our operation, the Trip Planning Department. Beyond itineraries and predictable needs including medical providers and laundry stops, our Trip Planners pay painstaking attention to detail to ensure our leaders are completely prepared to hit the road. Our planners also source new activities and suppliers with our high safety standards in mind. Thanks to the hard work of our Trip Planners, our Directors and Leaders can devote their time to fostering positive group dynamics and providing the kind of one-on-one attention that supports our “Each & Every” philosophy. Itineraries offered by others may look similar to ours, but there really is a difference in operations when our Directors and leaders are not bogged down researching and reserving. We welcome discussing with you what makes our programs run so incredibly smoothly.

TOP-NOTCH FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENTS
With programs in 24 countries, our Accounting Department manages multiple currencies and payments to thousands of suppliers. They make sure Trip Directors and leaders are properly funded and their experience managing foreign exchange makes trip management effortless for our team on the ground. As a result, our Trip Directors and leaders are spending time with the teens under their care and nurturing the family feeling rather than buried in trip finances. Our administrators execute detailed and meticulous work so that every traveler receives the proper documentation. Our database experts manage details of thousands of travelers. They even keep it all straight when they encounter travelers with identical names which happens almost annually!
