Kia Ora and welcome to Aotearoa – the Land of the Long White Cloud!
Journey to a truly magical land – a place where sheep vastly outnumber people, adventure is as common and natural as breathing and the land is more dramatic and beautiful than any place you’ve ever seen. Welcome to New Zealand! Here you will Zorb, waterfall raft, alpine trek, ski or snowboard, luge and even jetboat on a true once in a lifetime student adventure tour.
Hand in hand with the Mariposa DR Foundation, you will help empower girls in the Dominican Republic to rise out of generational poverty. Nestled on the north coast in the town of Cabarete, we volunteer along with teachers to provide educational, artistic, and athletic activities in the afternoons for girls ages 8 to 11. In the mornings, we work as a team on building and beautification projects (landscaping, painting and general maintenance) around the Mariposa Center. This service learning program is an opportunity for you to enjoy significant cross-cultural exchanges and to open up new horizons for the local community and for yourself.
Journey to the lands down under and immerse yourself in everything these two amazing countries have to offer: incredible beauty, friendly culture and thrilling adventure. Zorbing, waterfall rafting, alpine trekking, skiing or snowboarding and jetboating are just some of the fun on our awe inspiring journey. Not to mention snorkelling the Great Barrier Reef and trying an intro SCUBA dive, swimming through waterfalls, and climbing to the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. This is no ordinary student summer tour; it’s the adventure of a lifetime!
