We select the finest, centrally located hotels, dorms and resorts based on safety and proximity to our itinerary. Each tour member has an individual bed to ensure they can get a proper night’s rest.
Omni Hotel, Chicago (Where the guests of Oprah stay!) (3 nights)
Located in the heart of the “Magnificent Mile” on Michigan Avenue, this hotel has everything you would expect from a four-diamond accommodation, including a plasma T.V. in every room. After days filled with gazing from atop the Sears Tower, and enjoying the Chicago River cruise to nights at the Second City Comedy Club or famous Blue Man Group feel free to enjoy their indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Monte Carlo, Las Vegas (2 nights)
Located on famous Las Vegas Boulevard, “The Strip”, around the corner from Gameworks, New York New York and just down the block from the Bellagio Water Fountains, Caesar’s Palace and the Forum Shops, this hotel has its own WAVE pool and lazy river – perfect to cool off from all the excitement of Vegas. This hotel, located in the heart of San Francisco, is consistently rated by our tour members as one of the best hotels on our programs. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Whether you’ve just seen Alcatraz or walked down the crookedest street in the world, the hotel is close by giving us ample time to enjoy its facilities, including the Fitness Center sponsored by Reebok. Buffalo Bill Village, Cody, WY (2 nights)
Known as the rodeo capital of the world and not far from the east gate of Yellowstone National Park, get the full cowboy experience while in Cody. Right in the pulse of the city, Canada’s largest university is the perfect place to wake up and begin exploring one of the most culturally diverse cities in North America - from standing on glass 1,122 feet above the city at the CN Tower, “the Tallest Building in the World”, to browsing through the shops on trendy Queen Street. Camping – the way it ought to be
Our camping experience is extremely comfortable and designed to give you a feel for the scenic areas we visit.
From day one, our leaders introduce you to the joy of camping and guide you in everything you need to know. On this adventure you will stay at private campgrounds where you'll find private hot showers and bathroom facilities. You’ll enjoy sturdy tents with quick and simple set-up that have plenty of room for you to have your bag with you in your tent. Westcoast provides thermal rest mattresses and deluxe camping cots.
Niagara Falls KOA Campground (2 nights)
The award winning Niagara Falls KOA campground is located on famous Lundy’s Lane, just three miles from the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, where you will be thrilled by the ultimate Niagara River jetboat ride through Devil’s Hole Rapids and amazed by the sheer force of the Falls on the Maid of the Mist.
Minneapolis SW KOA Campground (2 nights)
Located in Minnesota’s vacation land, this friendly family owned campground is the perfect base camp to explore all Minnesota has to offer. Cool off at the Waterpark of America and try and see everything at the nation’s largest Mall.
Mt. Rushmore KOA Campground (2 nights)
Camp out in a valley of ponderosa pines just five miles from Mt. Rushmore and nestled at the foot of Harney Peak, the highest point in the USA, east of the Rocky Mountains. You will never be short of things to do at this luxury camp site with their heated pool, hot tubs and 180 foot waterslide.
Flag Ranch Campground, Jackson (2 nights)
Our campground is ideally situated for our visit to Yellowstone National Park and “Old Faithful”. Enjoying the majestic views of the Grand Teton Mountains is a great way to relax after whitewater rafting the wild Snake River.
Bryce Canyon (2 nights)
Imagine waking up and being moments from some of the most beautiful scenery in the United States. Welcome to Ruby’s Inn Campground. Here we hike the beautiful Bryce Canyon and afterwards cool off in the pool or relax in the hot tub.
Ventura Beach Campground (2 nights)
Pacific Ocean here we come! Our campsite is literally 50 yards from the beach and the surf. The perfect way to recharge the batteries. Of course our massive brunch helps a little too!
Lake Tahoe Campground (2 nights)
You couldn’t picture a more perfect and serene place. Crisp blue lake, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and of course almost always a sunny day, Tahoe is a dream camping experience! After a busy day of water-skiing or rafting, or reaching new heights on the High Ropes Challenge Course, we can come back to the site to relax and enjoy the facilities, maybe take a dip in the swimming pool or the Jacuzzi or play some tennis or hoops. This resort campsite is tops!
