Every summer we hope that all of our travelers can attend and complete their program. Unfortunately, circumstances can arise that could cause you to cancel or interrupt your program. We know how disappointing it is to be forced to cancel, or have illness or injury interrupt your trip. To minimize the emotional and financial strain these situations can bring, we strongly recommend trip cancellation and interruption travel protection.
It is essential that every traveler have adequate medical insurance. Please check with your health insurer on the coverage your personal policy provides while traveling away from home, especially if traveling outside the country. In addition to many other benefits, the insurance packages we offer will cover your deductibles up to the covered amount. Please understand we cannot accept the responsibility of uninsured or underinsured trip members.
