He thought the supervisors were superb and was impressed how everyone was great about having a no nuts trip as he is allergic. The itinerary was a perfect balance of museums/beaches and fun. Our decision to send Lauren was made very late and somewhat impulsively. Well, sometimes the best choices are made this way – just “from the gut.” Lauren had a fabulous summer and if she was happy, we were happy. Her initial worries about going alone and not knowing anyone vanished after the first 24 hours in Salt Lake City. She had so much in common with most of these kids and felt as if she had known them her whole life before the first week had passed! Now that she is home, we can rarely find time to get onto the computer as she is on-line constantly with her new WCC friends!
