OUR 2008 TEAMS & STADIUMS MAY INCLUDE…

New York
Cheer on the Bronx Bombers and check out the bronze plaques of legends in Yankee Stadium’s Monument Park or root for the Mets and go crazy with the locals at Shea when the “Big Apple” peeks out of the magic hat in center field! Help the NY teams bid farewell in their final season at these great ballparks before moving to new stadiums next season.

Boston Red Sox - Fenway Park
oldest stadium still used and site of famous “Green Monster”, not to mention the 2006 and 2007 World Series Champs!

Washington Nationals – Nationals Park
Cheer on MLB's newest team & tour nation’s capital.

Philadelphia Phillies - Citizen’s Bank Park

Dance with Philly Phanatic and savor local snack favorite at this stadium - a cheese steak.

Cleveland Indians - Jacobs Field
Try your luck at stadium’s “Wahoo World” – challenge your arm at the Speed Pitch Machine or swing for the fences at virtual Home Run Derby.

Detroit Tigers - Comerica Park
Every seat has an unobstructed field view! After Tigers homers, marvel at center field liquid fireworks and before you leave, take a ride on the Ferris wheel!

Chicago
When White Sox moved in 1991 from Old Comiskey Park to U.S. Cellular Field, the only thing they took with from their old ballpark was the infield dirt! Cross town rival Cubs have stayed with their charming and traditional home - Wrigley Field.

Milwaukee
Cheer on the Brewers, discover unique and charming Miller Park, and stroll the Brewers Walk of Fame beginning at the statue of Hank Aaron.

St. Louis Cardinals- Busch Stadium
Join fans for one of the best views in baseball. From your seat, you can see the signature Gateway Arch.

Cincinnati Reds- Great American Ballpark
Cheer on the Reds and explore the Hall of Fame Museum and team store.

Pittsburgh Pirates - PNC Park
Cross the Roberto Clemente bridge, step into the park’s life-size replica of a pirate ship, and try your hand at virtual reality pitching and batting cages.

Baltimore Orioles -Camden Yards
Though a fairly new park, it is one of the highest rated with the picnic area, bleacher seats, and vines of ivy giving it a nostalgic baseball feel.

Want more? Don’t worry – the fun continues, pre- and post-game! Other highlight activities include:

  • Cooperstown Hall of Fame

THE 2007 HIGHLIGHT REEL!
Here are last summer’s top 5 “Madness” moments:

  1. “Autographs galore including David Wright & Gary Sheffied. I ended up with about 30 signatures on baseballs, shirts and mini bats.”
    - Avery Decker, Yorktown Heights, NY

  2. “Behind the scenes access with stadium tours at Camden Yards, Fenway and going on the field, and into the dugout at Yankee Stadium.”
    - Eli Tash, Sherman Oaks, CA

  3. “In Chicago, hanging in the hotel of the visiting Tigers and being able to meet, take pictures, and get autographs from Magglio Ordonez!”
    - Scott Davis, Montville, NJ

  4. “Meeting the scout at the Nationals game and catching a homerun in batting practice.”
    - Adam Pollack, Port Washington, NY

  5. And the highlight we voted best from 2007 belongs to Alex Estis of Roslyn Heights, NY….here is Alex’s story:

“The highlight of my summer was in Cooperstown, NY. I had the best experience of my life! Not only did I get to see the induction of Cal Ripkin and Tony Gwynn but I actually met and had the opportunity of programming Pete Rose's iPhone. I actually got to set up Charlie Hustle's cell phone. This is something that I will never forget and certainly is a story I will one day tell my kids and grandkids. What a thrill!! This was the best trip ever!!!”
    Alex Estis, Roslyn Heights, NY
