After my WCC trip last year, I never thought that any experience could compare to that perfect summer. However, after this summer, I can definitely say that I was completely wrong! Between the wonderful counselors, the beautiful scenery and cities we visited, my amazing friends and our outstanding tour leader this was the most amazing summer of my life. Thank you so much for all your hard work and effort to make this summer so absolutely perfect. I enjoyed every second I spent on my trip and my only regret is getting on the plane to come home. Alaska has been so rewarding in so many different ways. The people I met were all so interesting and compassionate. The counselors were so caring and thoughtful and I felt that the balance of this trip was perfect. I didn’t feel over worked or like we were playing too much. I feel like this has been the most fulfilling use of my summer. The experience has changed me in so many ways. The community service was so eye opening and rewarding and I feel so satisfied with how much I have helped the people of Alaska. I really can’t begin to list all that I’ve gained from this summer experience. I’ve learned so much more about myself, life and people. I’ve had an opportunity to see much more of the world. I have come away from this summer knowing so much more about the world around me. This experience has also opened my eyes to so much more.
